This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. All items must be returned in the condition that they were supplied at the time of purchase.
If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty beyond that which may have been detailed at the time of purchase, please contact us through support and you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. In the case of any item whereby there is no equal replacement (eg. original artwork) we will issue a full refund inclusive of outbound shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
As soon as you find out we’ve sent you an incorrect item, contact us via email@example.com and we’ll send you the correct item as soon as we can at no extra charge.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the item within 14 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 14 days.
